AI Candidate Ranking System

Two-Stage Retrieval-Augmented Ranking (RAR) pipeline engineered in Python to rank 100,000 job candidates using vector embeddings & LLM scoring.

100k Input → Behavioral Pre-filter (-28%) → TF-IDF + SBERT Embeddings → FAISS Vector Index → Groq Llama-3.1 Scoring
  • Designed a 2-stage RAR pipeline applying behavioral pre-filtering to cut 28% of unqualified candidates before AI compute.
  • Built hybrid semantic search combining TF-IDF and SBERT embeddings with FAISS vector indexing to narrow 71,000 candidates to a top-100 shortlist.
  • Integrated Groq LLM API (Llama-3.1-8b-instant) to score candidates across 4 dimensions with explainable reasoning & CSV checkpointing.

Hybrid zero-trust secure messaging application combining Tor onion routing with clear-web accessibility and client-side encryption.

  • Built a secure messaging app using Python/Flask backend and static HTML/JS frontend deployed on Netlify.
  • Implemented client-side AES-256 encryption ensuring server only relays ciphertext for zero-trust privacy.
  • Enabled real-time ephemeral communication via WebSockets (Socket.IO) with no database — RAM-only message life cycle wiped upon session end.
